Basic House Cleaning: $35/hr This includes dusting, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and bathrooms.

Flat Rates for Vacation Rentals / Cabins:

• Small Cabins (1–2 bedrooms): $100 – $150 per turnover.

• Medium Homes (3 bedrooms): $150 – $250 per turnover.

• Large Lakefront Properties / Luxury Rentals: $250 – $400+ per turnover.

Additional services:

• Deep Clean Premium: $50/hour Move-out or post-construction cleaning.

• Detailed Organizing / Decluttering, Downsizing: $50/hr (minimum of 4 hours per visit). Whether you are prepping a cabin for seasonal guests or simplifying your own home, we handle the heavy lifting to transform overwhelming spaces into organized, peaceful sanctuaries.

For all services, homeowner provides all products and tools.

For any property more than a 20 minute drive from Mt. Telemark, a $20 travel surcharge will be added.
